She has been a key part of ensuring Individual and Business performance, with responsibility for HR roles across 22 countries in Africa. Particularly in the areas of areas of Talent Development, Career growth, Change management and Leadership Development.

She is a certified Executive coach (RCS), currently providing Coaching services to senior executives to deliver best Business results.

Her various international Accreditations across different technical areas of HR are invaluable in integrating the key aspects of Organization/Employee performance and Development. These include certification in Job Evaluation (Hay), Recruitment Assessment Centre’s (SHL), Predictive Index testing (3P), Occupational Personality Questionnaire and Coaching (Gallup UK),Change Management methodology (Quest Worldwide) and Strength finder (Gallup International).

She has undergone the rigorous International Business Leadership programme by IMD-Switzerland. The top Business school globally as ranked in 2012.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from De- Monfort University in the United Kingdom, a B.ED. Honors degree in Business and Finance from Kenyatta University and is also a qualified Certified Public Secretary (CPS K)
